"I ENJOY visiting the GI Associates for my Annual Checkups. My NP, Susan Wallace is so easy to talk to and she LISTENS, she doesn't make you feel like you're crazy when describing an issue. My Intake Nurse Patricia was very Friendly & Thorough. The Check In Staff could be a little more friendlier in the future. Maybe it was the patients b4 me, or the time of day, however, the energy shown towards was low. Other than that, I will STICK w/this Clinic, unless I'm EXTREMELY OFFENDED & BOTHERED. Sherry H. Weems"

"I had serious concerns with this visit. The person who installed my IV port did not wear gloves which wasn’t safe for either of us. My appointment was at 8:00 am, I was there at 7:30. They put me in a room and installed IV port around 8:15 am, however I wasn’t rolled out to begin procedure until 9:55 am, after which, they made me walk out staggering and disoriented at 10:15 am."
"The facility was beautifully manicured outside. Inside was spacious and clean. The restrooms were sanitary and clean. Front desk receptionists were kind, knowledgeable, and aware of patients information. My nurse had great beside manners, so sweet, caring and kind. She explained the process very throughly. My anesthesiologist was very professional and explained the steps to the procedures. Dr. Fox was also professional and kind. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends. In fact, I plan on making my husband an appointment soon. Thanks to the faculty and staff for making my first Colonoscopy appointment a memorable one. See you guys in 10 years. R. Echols"

"My daughter was seen by Dr Patrick Sanchez. If you are looking for a very caring, concerned, personable doctor, Dr Sanchez is for you!! Dr Sanchez spent ALOT of time with us ( some doctors are in and out of the room in 5 minutes!), explaining the procedure that my daughter was having, and actually answered all of our questions and concerns. He also addressed her gastroparesis, and helped her with that. When my daughter had her recheck the week after the procedure, she met with Erin Roberts nurse practioner. This lady is super awesome too! Erin Roberts is very very intelligent and went into great detail about the test results. She has a terrific personality, and genuinely loves her patients and truly cares about them! I highly recommend both of these providers if you are looking for a gastro doctor."

"I had an upper and lower GI and am getting iron infusions. I have had only excellent care from the start with Dr Brown and staff. Joelisha is the administrating attendant for the infusions. She has excellent people skills and monitors you throughout the whole process. I am impressed with the level of care at the GI and Associates."

"Very timely check-in process. Especially if you bring a list of meds, current conditions,& surgeries. They explain what will be taking place and who will be performing each procedure. The process was really painless and short. Had an 830 am checkin and was out by 930 -945. They did call the next morning to check on my condition as they said they wood. At each step in the process they confirmed name, DOB, why was there, and which Dr was performing the procedure."

The Dr. I had been seeing since relocating to MS nearly 2yrs ago is nice but my chronic Illnesses and many GI conditions are difficult to treat and often many things do not always work which can be very frustrating for Dr.'s. I think many times they forget how frustrating it is for the person living each day with all of the illnesses.
