Every time you walk through the doors at Haattiesburg GI Associates you feel like your family, they are very kind, and friendly the whole time you are there and you know that what ever the problem might be with you they are going to have it taken care of before you leave. I ENJOY visiting the GI Associates for my Annual Checkups. My NP, Susan Wallace is so easy to talk to and she LISTENS, she doesn't make you feel like you're crazy when describing an issue.

The overall safety of covid-19 was very well organized I felt safe the time that I was there the staff was very courtesy and professional
The only problem I had the whole experience was the prep. There be something that can be done about the prep. The tests were beneficial and was able to detect a problem that I didn't know about. All the personnel were very friendly and helpful.

The staff is so nice and courteous. The doctors are so caring and listens to your needs and problems. They make you feel cared for and part of their family. They're very well recommended.
I am a hard case, and Dr. Roberts has been so caring and considerate! She is very thorough with testing and the diagnostic process, and great with communication. All the nurses are so sweet and helpful. I have had a good experience every visit!
