Erin K. Roberts, MSN, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner at Hattiesburg GI Associates PLLC, a gastroenterology practice with two locations in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
Erin was born and raised in Hattiesburg, the middle of three children, and graduated with special honors from Oak Grove High School in 2005. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages in 2009, earning special honors, and continued her education receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013, also graduating with honors.
Erin practiced nursing at Merit Health Wesley in the Intensive Care Unit for four years, working routinely with the gastroenterology physicians of HGIA. She was unanimously elected ICU Nurse of the Year by the Graduate Medical Education resident physicians for the 2017-2018 year. While caring for patients in the ICU, she completed her master’s in nursing, concentrating in family practice in 2018.
Erin and her husband Jeremy were married in 2011 and are proud to call Hattiesburg their home. Her interests include gardening, attending concerts, and traveling.

Erin Roberts, FNC-P, is the most amazing care provider I have experienced! She saved my life, finding my issues and treating them. I had lived with so much abdominal pain and feeling sick every day for the past several years. She did not stop until she found what was wrong. I now can enjoy my children, grand babies, and life! Before seeing Erin I was in so much pain. My stomach hurt constantly. She figured out the cause of my problem and prescribed the right medicine. Since then I have been pain free. Thanks so much Erin!
I would have felt that I was a person if she had examined me. For I am still having pain. I, as a nurse too, would feel better seeing a doctor. I thank both NPs for taking me as a patient. However, I do think I need a sigmoidoscopy. Only the doctor can do that.
